It can be cost-effective, requiring less time from your busy schedule, and allows you to exercise in any attire and with complete freedom to be as silly as you wish. By exercising at home over the years, I’ve curated a collection of favorite YouTubers and fitness programs that I’m excited to share with you!

Nicole reigns supreme in the world of YouTube workouts. Her channel offers a diverse array of pilates routines, spanning from brisk 15-minute sessions to more comprehensive 55-minute workouts. Whether you prefer low-impact routines or high-intensity challenges, Nicole caters to all levels, providing modifications throughout each session. Her calming energy ensures you feel completely at ease as you exercise.

Boho Beautiful Yoga

For those seeking to practice yoga, Juliana from Boho Beautiful Yoga is an excellent guide! Her channel features a diverse array of workout videos tailored to various lengths and intensity levels. Whether you’re looking for a quick 5-minute stretch or a more immersive 60-minute practice, Juliana has something for everyone. Additionally, she offers soothing guided meditation sessions, enriching the holistic experience of her yoga practice.

Lidia Mera

If you lean towards a slow, ultra-low impact Pilates routine, Lidia Mera offers an excellent choice. Her videos feature gentle, soothing music without any verbal cues, allowing you to focus on your own thoughts as you move through the exercises. Ideal for recovery days or moments when you’re not feeling your best, Lidia’s workouts provide a calming yet effective way to stay active and centered.

Action Jacquelyn

For lovers of barre, Jacquelyn is a great option! Her videos are older, due to her creating her own app, but they are still great. Her videos range from 10-40 minutes in length. 

Jennie Garth’s “Body in Progress”

There is something nostalgic about a ‘90s workout video. Jennie Garth’s workout video is nothing short of amazing, keeping you constantly moving and elevating your heart rate. With plenty of dynamic steps and an effective arm workout, it’s the perfect choice for those seeking a cardio-focused exercise session.

Cindy Crawford’s “Shape Your Body”

Another nostalgic workout option is Cindy Crawford’s “Shape Your Body” workout. This has been one of my favorites for burning calories and toning up. The routine seamlessly blends elements of Barre, Pilates, and Aerobics, expertly guided by Cindy’s personal trainer. Divided into two 40-minute sessions, with a bonus 10-minute workout at the end, it’s crucial to pace yourself and stick to just one session per day to maximize results without overexerting.

Paid At Home Workout Options

If you’re willing to invest financially in your fitness journey, there are plenty of options to explore. I’ve personally taken advantage of free trials offered by various fitness communities to thoroughly assess them and provide you with my honest feedback.

FORM

At the top of my list is FORM for $28 per month. I used FORM for about 6 months. If I were to commit to investing in a workout program, this would be my top choice. Sami Clarke provides a blend of Pilates and strength-focused workouts, and what sets FORM apart is Sami’s weekly workout schedule, eliminating the need for any planning on your part. Her infectious energy serves as a powerful motivator, and the FORM community adds an extra layer of support to the experience.

Sculpt Society

If you thrive on high-energy workouts, Sculpt Society is tailor-made for you. Led by Megan Roup, these sessions are infused with her infectious personality, keeping you pumped and energized throughout. With a wide array of workout videos catering to various needs, Megan offers plenty of options to suit your preferences, for only $19.99 per month. While I personally didn’t continue with her program after the free trial due to my preference for a more laid-back instructor, Megan’s dynamic style might be exactly what you’re looking for!

Alo Moves

Alo Moves is a great option, especially considering its affordability at just $12.99 per month. With an extensive range of workouts spanning Yoga, Strength Training, Cardio, Pilates, and beyond, there’s something for every fitness enthusiast. What sets Alo Moves apart is its diverse lineup of instructors, each offering their own unique collection of classes, ensuring a dynamic and engaging fitness experience.
